I said less emotion not no emotion and I was talking about writing style and not the story itself .and yes sci-fi has emotion ,I didn’t deny that ,what I said was thriller has less emotion . Sci-fi doesn’t have that drama and iam not saying this story has drama ,Iam saying that the writing style looks like drama .slow phased instead of fast phased . Eg : it’s like gravity film , a sci-fi drama which is extremely slow phased , not a big fan of that film ,never liked it . Then take Martian ,u can’t say it’s drama ,it’s more like survival . Then take interstellar, it’s sci-fi thriller which has emotion but the film doesn’t revolve around the emotion but revolves around thriller phase . Emotion is there but less ,but no drama .

What I meant by drama is something like a romance story which will be a lot cheesy like vampire diaries or most of CW shows .

Yes all I know about the world around is there is a planet and that she is going to crash ,but I feel like it’s revealed late … Till that sentence I didn’t know what was going on . I feel a little tease of the situation she is in early on would fix it . And I feel like nothing else is said about the world around early on . And since the writing style is slow phased the situation she is in doesn’t stress me out it’s more casual . U should make the reader feel the stress and the seriousness of the situation she is in(unless u want it to be casual) but I didn’t ,I felt oddly casual instead of that thrill … But it did have my curiosity has to what will happen next but not the seriousness .

Something feels off and I don’t know how to explain it or how to fix it … But I feel something odd and I don’t know what it is….
