I missed fighting. I hated killing but fighting was glorious, even if it was just a friendly round of practice. The rush when the swords clashed and the thrill of finally besting your opponent, I even missed the way my muscles protested and the weight of the sword dragging at me.

AAAHHHHHH SO TRUEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s how I feel about weapons…

Okay, so here’s just a thought, and we totally don’t have to do this, but I’m thinking it would be cool if once Niarok finds out abut Ayden’s hand, he tries to train him to fight left-handed? It might be a stretch, and I can imagine Ayden would feel more humiliated than grateful, but it would be interesting to see how Niarok is with training someone to fight. I’ve never had him train someone before… XD

And I just realized, I think Yila is left-handed…

And I forgot all about her asthma, which should have been killing her when it was so cold.

Oops…
