Oh, um…uh…let’s see…it’s been months since I tried cookies. I don’t remember the temp or the time, but the first batch I tried, I think I mixed stuff the wrong way. I mixed all the wet things together and all the dry things together, then added the wet things to the dry things, and somehow ended up with batter. For the second one, I followed the directions on the back of the TollHouse thing exactly, mixing order and everything. And, they still turned into batter. I was wondering if there was a typo on the package and I had too much butter. But…I don’t know. For the sugar cookies…gosh, I’d have to get my grandma’s recipe out. I don’t remember that one. It’s kind of strange though cause you have to refrigerate the dough for like two hours before you can bake them.
