@rolena-hatfield Hah! That does sound like an adventure!! My family’s crazy, so we’d have made some memories for sure. XD And, actually, I’ve got to credit my younger sister with the cashew invention. She had a 4H thing many years ago and wanted me to help her make my muffins for the event. She had her mind set on cashews as the nuts for the banana muffins. I thought she was insane. And now I defend the position viciously!! I fell in love.

Oooh, such a difficult question! You know, if I’m eating them, probably some variation of banana or banana nut. If I’m making them…the chocolate chip ones are always fun cause their lighter and everyone else loves them so much. I did experiment a little with mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, and some other berry. It still needs work, but they tasted good. I really want to learn how to make cranberry orange muffins! I love those!! Do you like to cook/bake anything else? What’s your favorite childhood dessert?
