Did someone say MYSTERY??? *cackles deviously*
THIS IS MY THING PEOPLE. It was mysteries that first got me into writing and I still LOVE a good mystery. Or forensics book. Yeah, this stuff is all awesome!

I love the ideas I see so far! Here’s a random plot idea: the MC has amnesia (genuinely), and initially the investigator thinks that the MC is another investigator who was targeted for getting too close to something or someone. Then, in the end, it turns out that the MC is actually a normal person who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. They were an innocent bystander. And at first, they are disappointed that they don’t have all these neat abilities and this great job as an investigator. But then they see the beauty of their own life, simple and normal though it may be, and they are happy to go back “home,” wherever we end up making that. Of course, they will be somewhat different than before being nearly murdered, but, yeah. That’s one idea.

I don’t think I have time to write a draft, but I will definitely read it whenever it’s ready. And I’ll stay up to date on the ideas here and comment as much as I can.
