@jenwriter17  So, in 2014, I tried to do it. The operative word being tried. 😉 I was so unsuccessful, staggeringly so, in fact, I think I got about 125 words down and didn’t write a thing after the fourth day, that I have not dared to touch NaNoWriMo since then with the end of a forked stick. Well, a few of my friends brought it up this year and are planning to do it, that I was forced to stop and think about it. I have definitely gotten more serious since then when I was a know-it-all teenager (no offense meant to anyone but myself), and it would be good to maybe attempt it again. If anything, I’m sure I can get down more than 125 words this time around.

Okay. All that to say, I’d love to be writing buddies…whether I will stick it through or drop out half way is yet to be seen so I can’t promise that I will be a good buddy but perhaps the motivation you all posses will drive me to see it through. Here
