@the-inkspiller I know I have a vivid imagination, I was saying I didn’t think it was overactive imagination. But after thinking about it more… I do have an overactive imagination. *nods*
That dream is pretty weird. XD
@karthmin …I’m not sure which is the craziest… or how you even measure that? So I’m just going to sum up one. It part three may have been inserted on another night or I may have split it into two nights or it could have been the same night.
Part One ~ I was being baby-sat, watched some movie while eating dinner (there was corn), then the baby-sitter put me in front of her computer on Youtube for me to watch Veggie Tales, but the video cover was of stairs. The video starts with Bob and Larry in a field of wheat with a forest behind them.
Part Two ~ I am in the video, by a road sign that welcomes people to a new place. I’m wearing an Ice Cream Sandwich suit for some reason (complete with shoes and hat, not to mention the belt stuffed with ice cream sandwiches) I walk away from the main road and down a dirt version into the forest and join the other Ice Cream Sandwich Scouts. I separated from them when I found a castle. In the castle were fake Disney princesses and then the real ones turned into animals in rooms that my brain reused later as a movie theater. I defeated the fake princesses and restore the real ones. Then I was sitting in the chair at the baby-sitter’s computer again.
Part Three ~ I told my brain that that wasn’t right. The stairs in the video cover never showed up anywhere in the dream. I thought it wasn’t right. “Try again.” I thought, then I pressed the play button again. This time I appeared right by the stairs, there was a house party going on. I ended up exploring the house and eating chips and salsa. I don’t remember how it transitioned to being back at the baby-sitter’s house.
Part Four ~ I exited the baby-sitter’s house (that was in a park). I remember the screen door (so I probably did dream Part Three separate). There was a pavilion and a bouncy house (oh, yeah. Cause I wanted to find out about the house so I dreamed that the next night and dreamed this a second time [but I moved the bouncy house the second time, cause the first time it was under the pavilion]) Round one, I got in the bouncy house. Round Two, I watched the party from the side. I was very pleased with my ending. XD
Maybe the dystopian conference dream was weirder (there were fireworks and a pool party). Or the one were someone wanted to kill all the dogs and I had to rescue them and keep them hidden and build traps in the woods (Then was a also a roller coaster that went through a mountain everyone loved. But the carts coming out at the end were all empty, despite loads of people getting on at the entrance. Because as the big sign advertised, you got eaten by monsters… And people wanted to be eaten apparently.)
The clarity of the character depends on how important they are. If there is a helping character they tend to be the most vivid of my dream characters. Followed by the recurring antagonists and side characters. But sometimes it’s vague and I just know who they are. It varies from time to time. But random people just walking around, store owners
Unless I decide to interact some random character that my brain didn’t think I would interact with. 😛
For some reason in that dream I never saw the baby-sitter. Not even in the second round… She was always behind me or the dream skipped forward and filled me in on what I missed (eg. sitting down at her computer. Having a conversation while eating dinner and watching a movie.). Which is kinda strange… Giving me some great dream jumping ideas. 😛
