This is kind of a rare, artistic style. So I vote making this story as artsy, angsty and deep as possible. :]

Okay, seriously though. Unfortunately I will not be available to do much on this project. *sadness* But here’s my two cents anyway:

I really like the idea of the reader being the main character and guiding them through the story/dream sequence. Its a really short word count, so I vote a dream  or thought-process type scenario… Find a good concept/theme/prompt that deals with some complex ideals to give it some weight. Maybe something like identity, since the whole focal point of this prompt is POV.

Maybe we could focus on the inner richness of the “you” character/reader vs. outward description. If we did it right, we could probably write an entire story taking place in You’s thoughts/head and make it compelling without ever having to worry about outside description or setting. Think of it like one massive poem.

Huh…would a 2nd person epic poem qualify, you think?

Anyway, it’s up to ya’ll though, and I really hope we win! And even though I said I’m busy, please feel free to tag me if you are looking for people to do stuff just in case. XD
