I tend to root for the people who are rule followers and enforcers and who also try to keep everyone from making questionable decisions (I’m totally not one of those people) so that’s why Gavril is one of my favorites. From what I read, I think you did a great job in making him 3D. I think he’ll be loved by all the responsible older siblings in the world.
As for Acyn, his obliviousness on how to behave around people is wonderful!
Poor Aydin! That guy needs a break! But as much as it pains us authors, we must do what is best for our characters which includes turning their world upside down and giving them tragic backgrounds. XD
