“Julian what is your deal?” Ellie shouted

“Him.” Julian pointed to Kallun “he’s my problem. He’s a Mallean (did I spell that right?) Don’t you see that Ellie? He hates us and frankly Im not too fond of him either.”

Ellie paused then said softly ” I know. I confirmed it before we left. But Julian this could be the only way to save our kingdom and even ourselves. We just have to learn to put the past behind us and work together. You have to do this.”

There was a pause.

“Fine. I’ll cooperate but that doesn’t mean I have to like him”
