YAYAYAYAY! I’m so glad you like Qatar! I’m having a bit of trouble with him, and so I’m highly pleased that you like him. I’m trying to make him a jerk, but a human jerk, troubled jerk, who hates himself as much as everybody else, ya know?

HE’S LITERALLY MY FAVORITE KIND OF CHARACTER AND I LOVE HIM TO DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also you’re doing a great job of him, which I loveeeeee!!!

(and despising people is kinda just where he’s at right now, Niarok…don’t take it personally. As though Niarok would listen to that, lol. He seems to be taking things personally, rn)

That would be so interesting! I’m honestly not sure how Qatar would react…let’s see…He would probably be angry, initially, but give grudging respect in the end. (His first reaction to everything is anger. He has issues.) Ironically, another good way to gain Qatar’s respect is to respect Quin, even though Qatar himself disrespects Quin every chance he gets. Yeah, he’s complicated. But that is so much more boring than Niorak saving his life, so…can we try both respect-getting mechanisms?

ABSOLUTELY LET’S GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! I’m going to get Niarok to weasel his way into Quin’s life in the most Niarok-ish way possible just as soon as he saves his sister from impending doom…

Noooo, I don’t want to change it. You got Qatar so right! It’s so fun to see him written by somebody else. :))) I am all happiness now. I’ll have to post again, but not tonight. I’m all bug-eyed from screens already.
