Here’s my character. 🙂

Name: Elina Oakensong (I realize we have an Eliane, as well, so feel to shorten Elina to Lina if that lessens confusion.)
Age: 41
Occupation: Weaver by trade, but laundress by circumstance.
Family Members and Significant Others: One son, Lenso.
Personality traits: Withdrawn, loyal, voice of reason. Avoids conflict and confrontation except when her family comes into question. Then she’ll act with so much courage it’s almost carelessness.
Appearance: Small, almost malnourished frame. Dark caramel skin that is etched with scars. Deep eyes that often find themselves drifting. Angular face framed by jet black hair that has a few growing streaks of silver. Normally, she wears her hair in a single braid, but when she lets it down, it falls in soft waves down to the middle of her back. She wears a simple cotton blouse and a colored skirt that comes down to just above her ankles. Over her shoulders hangs a grey knitted shawl. Her feet are normally bare, but when she goes into town she’ll wear her pair of leather sandals.

Other randomness: She has Illian blood. In my WIP, at the creation of the world, each of the races were given a gift. Illians were given the ability to heal things. However, mastering the art of healing takes practice and a skilled teacher. Elina has taught herself only a little, and accordingly can only heal minor cuts and bruises.
