I am new to the group, but have been interested in and reading Sci-Fi for a quite a long time. Finding trouble locating too many books in this genre with a biblical worldview, so I am very glad fellow Christians are taking the genre back.
I have recently been listening to some lectures by an Australian scientist by the name of Dr. Barry Setterfield who published some groundbreaking articles on the Speed of Light ‘c’ and Zero Point Gravity. He is a Christian man and has a very compelling view which show that the ‘c’ has been decreasing. It gives some very startling implications, but none that have not already been anticipated by Scripture.
I was wondering if any of you were familiar with his work and its implications on M-Theory or “String Theory” and Plasma Physics.
What are the implications in your WIP if you knew that the speed of light use to be magnitudes faster than it is today?
Also, are you familiar with The Golden Ratio and Fibonacci numbers which create mathematical spirals in nature?
What if Time is actually a spiral following a Fibonacci pattern with a central columnar core that is outside of time but holds the spiraling time coil together?

We know from Scripture that Christ was the agent of Creation and He holds it together.
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. [Colossians 1:16-17 KJV]

What if He is the very source of the Zero Point Energy and not this notion of “black matter”?
