“I don’t want to talk about it.” Alessio murmured finally.  “What happened after you pulled back the veil?”

Brendin rolled his shoulders in an attempt at a shrug.  “The mirror showed me a…”  He hesitated, unsure.  “…a nightmare, I think.  Though it may have been a memory.  I don’t know.”

Jericho took a pace closer to the boy and lightly put an arm over his shoulders.  Calm.  Relax.  “Are you alright, my friend?”
