I just about died reading Chantara talking to the goose LOL!She stood in front with her arms crossed exactly opposite how a human would do it with her left arm over her right,*So I seriously spent five minutes trying to figure out whether I cross my arms with my left over my right and came to the conclusion it depended on how you looked at it; in the mirror I put my right arm over but for me I put my left arm over and you have completely ruined me with this!!!*

Ok, I just want to take a moment to appreciate how all Karayan has done since he came here is bleed burn lines and eat cookies he is awesome.“Okay…” Do–Dr Dominic said deliberately. Meira batted her crystalline eyes at him. He promptly ignored her, so she rolled her eyes and ignored him, tempted to hop onto the table because it seemed like fun and–anyway–it’d probably irritate the silly human which although (probably) not her intent wasn’t all that bothersome a prospect. She really didn’t want to care about his opinion of her.
“I say we take the door over there.” Without waiting, the “doctor” went ahead to his chosen door and Meira stared at him, crossing her arms with a little pouty frown. He glared at her.
“You will listen to me. Or else…” That was the absolute worst thing he could’ve said to get her to obey. She tilted her head up at him and chortled in a rather maniacally contagious way. Then she shook her head still giggling.
“I ain’t scared nothing of you, you think you’re the worst thing I met? Nopes!” Meira winked her round violet eyes and spun on the table. “I say that way–blinky!”
She had started pointing to the door in the opposite direction–just to prove that she won’t be bullied–when the “goose” suddenly squawked at Chantara, biting her finger. With something that sounded like a curse she kicked it across the room. Meira was impressed and spread her feet apart on the table for balance before she hurled her spear at their target so fast there was barely time to blink while letting out a battle hoot. But she missed, only by a couple inches.
“Devils!” she cursed“Please, do explain to me how the consumption of pastries is boastful.” Karayan returned mildly. Being grilled by an eccentric cat vampire wasn’t exactly how Connel had expected to spend this day. He wasn’t sure if he was more infuriated or just plain bewildered by the sheer audacity of this…this–Aaaand then there was a loud squawk as the delicate, kinda cute lady hurled the ‘goose’ across the room. This was so not how he imagined his day
