Ah the same thing happens to me! Not with Allie, though, a different nickname. My other nickname is Jeni (full name is Jennalie; Allie is from chopping of the first part, Jeni is from chopping of the second :P) and my soccer coach was dead set on calling me Jenifer since he heard me called Jeni.  Very annoying haha.

If you could pick Ally to be a nickname for a name, which name would you want it to be? 🙂
