Somebody hurled their weapon into the weakened ceiling hard enough to crack bits and splinters across the shrinking room. At the blast, Ehud stuffs two rather thick books into his now partially zipped jacket and vaulted into the dust showered hole. Coughing, he grappled the edge and half-way cartwheeled onto the next floor, landing in an upside down ball.
“Is anybody else comin’ up?! It’s…I think it’s safe…er!” Flopping back into a sitting position, he rubbed the back of his head and peered over at the hole. “Is everybody ok?!”
No answer for a couple seconds. Ehud dropped onto his stomach and stretched his hand out as far as he could for somebody to grab it. In almost no time there was a yank that nearly sent him careening back down. He jerked back up as hard as he could, gritting his teeth with the effort.
“Careful-!” he gasped “the edge is–pretty rough–you could really–rip ya skin up-on it-!”
He could feel the weight lessen as whoever he helped up propelled herself off the roof of the ceiling and crawled up, refusing any further aid from him. Ehud breathed a sigh of relief when it wasn’t Miss Murder.
“Oh, Axe Girl! You’re ok!” He suddenly realized he called her “Axe Girl” outloud and paled a little then reddened. “Uh, who else’s down there?! Is everybody getting up ok?! Are you ok?! Nothing hurt?! Everything ok?!”
He flooded her with stupid questions hoping she missed his first exclamation. Miss Murder seemed to be making her way up, Flying Tom Thumb was still down there coaching everybody, was Super Villain going to be ok climbing up with all those heavy muscles? That thought made Ehud stifle a laugh. But that made Axe Girl look at him funny.
“Oh…uh” That was probably one of those things that sounded funnier in his head. Ehud swapped topics. “I stuffed a whole pack of gum in the barrel of Miss Mur…I stuffed a whole pack of gum in the barrel of her gun!”

[I could continue but I wanna see how everybody else write into that. I hope it’s ok Ehud sabotaged Erin’s gun, I’m not even sure that would actually ruin a si-fi gun so that’s pretty open, so it doesn’t have be broken of anything it was just really in character and then he had to fall on top of her so…XD]
