I spend a lot of time (I have a lot of time 😜) thinking about it, but when I actually write, it takes between 1 and 2 hrs to get down 1000+, if it’s a good day.  If it’s a great day, then I can get hopefully twice that.  It really depends on the day, though.  But, I try to use all or most of my spare time to write.  I miss some days for NaNo, but I can usually make up for it.  Like I said, I’ve been writing a bunch of scenes, which is better imo for me.

Condensed version:  1 to 2 hrs a day 😋
