Hah! I love when characters just pop up unannounced and you’re left staring after them with your head tilted to the side and ink dripping from your pen when they grin, wave, and scurry off! I actually really liked Malachi’s bit and am really, really, really hoping he’s a character I can root for and drool over! XD

You’ve hit the nail right on the head. This is was definitely meant to be an allegory. You are not far off my dear. 🙂 Once I finish a LARGE project over the next couple months, I’m praying about diving into Dark Father head first. Meaning I’ll probably need some future plot ideas and help tying all these allegories together.
