Yuri’s legs were trembling. She flinched when Megyn wrapped an arm around her. Both of them could feel her painfully skinny frame from not getting fed much. She took a sharp breath through her clenched teeth, the walls tilting at weird angles.

Megyn supported Yuri as carefully as she could. But her heart ached within her as she supported the bony form.
