Kirat woke up to a major headache. His thoughts were scattered, how had he gotten here? Where was he?

Kirat sat up and looked around, a bush. Great.

He stretched, his arms and legs were sore, from running maybe? He shook his head,why couldn’t he remember? He closed his eyes, took several deep breaths and the world suddenly slid into place. The officials. The rebels. He let out a moan, and something near him shifted. In the dim lighting he couldn’t quite see what it was. He let out a little shriek when it moved again, then realized his mistake.
