The mid-month slump? I’m sorry. 🙁 Here, have some cake…and your favorite food has just appeared magically in front of you. And here’s a picture of a little hedgehog eating a tortilla to cheer you up.Aw, thank you. ^-^ To some extent I just keep getting interrupted by social obligations and not having time to write. Which isn’t all bad; I generally don’t mind the social obligations. It just means… fewer words. ;P
UGH. but it’s so hard when you know your story is terrible and it’s not going at all like you planned. I think I’ve come to the point where I’m just accepting that it’s not gonna be everything I want it to be and that’s okay…I’m learning and I’ll have time to work on it after NaNoWriMo. But still…it’s hard.It is. XP It’s great you’re getting to that point, too! It’s still definitely hard, but being able to push that voice to the back of your head is such an important skill. Especially on stories that are super meaningful to us, it can be paralyzing to just think they’re never right. (I speak from experience, lol.) I’m proud of you. 🙂 *high fives*
@nuetrobolt I’ll word war. I want to at least hit 26k tonight. Does 10 minutes at :50 work?
