My novel WIP, The Lore of Yore, is an epic fantasy story of a conflicted warrior in search of peace and a former scholar on a quest to resurrect her husband, all while three ancient, hidden factions use them as pawns in an attempt to bring a millennia-old conflict to a head.

I’m sharing the first three chapters here in hopes of getting some feedback and encouragement.

I’d like to hear your responses, especially what you think about the foreshadowing and tone. What direction to these chapters make you expect to see the rest of the book go?
