I really enjoy analyzing stories so I hope we either keep this subform or create such conversations elsewhere. I think the main problem is that a lot of us have read different books, or read the same books, but one of us finished it yesterday and the other hasn’t read it in three years 😛 Group reading novels might be a little too much (I know I’m slammed with reading for college), but perhaps having a vote on which book to discuss might be a good idea.

On the other hand, we could analyze short stories. They can read them within an hour, and we’d all be reading the same thing. Short stories are a bit different than novels, but it may be a start. I recently read one of Flannery O’Connor’s short stories and thought it would be interesting to analyze 🙂
