@tashah-claymore Alright! Sounds great!
Hey I’m planning around twenty-two languages, so it’s okay. It’s a world right? Languages change over time, and if you look into linguistics – which, to me, is really interesting – you’ll learn about sound shifts and how a linguist goes about discovering and writing a grammar of another language into his own language. Oh, yeah; I try to make some of the languages, the looks of them, to represent what the nationalities are. Like Teltharic: it seems to show what the personalities of the gnomes are, savvy? Some of them, though, aren’t like that at all, where their great and look amazing but at the same time they’re terrible. Like the words in the Lord of the Rings that appear on the ring at the beginning of the book. They’re fantastic but also horror filling because of who used them and when and for what purpose they were used. Those will be interesting languages! I can’t wait to hear about them!
Yeah, the libraries I go to sells really cool antique books for either fifty cents or two dollars. I’ve gotten most of my books from libraries. But I still like to go to Barnes & Noble because it’s like a treat, you know? My family goes there and we each get a really nice book. Anyway, the bulk, as I said, of my mini library are books from libraries. We used to go to this one library and there I was the person who bought the most books. I remember one time I counted how many books I’d bought from there then added up what it would have cost and it was around 150. *grin* It sure piles up, huh? Yeah, I haven’t read all of my books either. I only have one bookshelf. But it’s huge and made of oak. More of a lighter oak. But it’s divided down the middle so it looks like there are two bookshelves in one. I’ve double-stacked all the shelves and even had to lay books on top of those books. I’m just a tiny bit crammed.
Yes, I spent a lot of time working on Andim. The word andim is and elvish word but not what the Elves call it. They call it Andim Duwennevil. Which means ‘great valley of the elves’. You could say, “De andim duwennevil.” or “The great valley of the elves.” I haven’t gotten much done on the letters of Enorren (that language) but the stuff I have gotten is pretty good so far. I’ll send you a picture.
