@elisha-starquill I LOVE what you’ve done so far! I think you’ve been really creative with the names and how you’ve introduced the cultures and their differences.

I probably wouldn’t worry too much about the word count at the moment. We’ve been quite a bit over the limit with first drafts before and were able to cut the count down fairly quickly, so I’m pretty confident we can do it again. (I mean, obviously don’t go too crazy, but you know. 😛 )

My only other thought would be that sticking with 1st person in the ambassador’s POV might be simpler and might take up less words. Is there a specific reason you were thinking of switching to 3rd person for the Chieftain part, though?
