Activity

Phoenix tilted his head toward the girl who had spoke to him.  “Oh escape, that’s a great, idea, why didn’t I think of that.” he tapped his finger against his chin.  “Oh, I know, maybe it’s because anytime we try, we get caught.”  He took a deep breath and ran his fingers through his hair. ‘If you have any more genius ideas, let me know.  In the meantime, I’ll just wait patiently for the scientists to do some sort of wacko experiment on me.”  He glared at the girl and turned to face Kai.  He saw that the boy’s face looked worried.  Oops.  He really needed to think before he spoke.

“Hey, it’s ok.  Everything’s going to be fine.”  He hoped he sounded convincing.
