“That’s wonderful that your friend is an author. I truly hope her books turns out well but I actually feel rather uncomfortable talking about my PTSD. Every time I do I have to relive the trauma and it’s not enjoyable. Sorry girl!”

So there ya go.  I sooo understand triggers and some other symptoms of PTSD, but I dont really like trying to explain it.  Sounds like you already got some great advise!
