An Ember in the Ashes is on my to be read list!

Yes, I didn’t read a lot of Rick Riordan, but I think he did a great job building off the real world. Things still fit and made sense, but he put his own unique spin on it and it worked great. Worldbuilding within the real world can be the hardest, in my opinion.

There’s a few things I agree with Paolini’s critics on, but that’s par for the course. There are people who can critique my writing and be partially right. We’ve all got flaws in our writing somewhere.

Im so excited for his new book! I haven’t bought it yet because I’m debating hard copy or ebook. I really want to read Angela’s story. I’m not too stoked for the others that I feel like I need the physical copy, but that would look nicer on my shelf. Decisions.
