My friend told me to read the Lunar Chronicles in the YA section in the library, which I loved, and the author, Marissa Meyer, published a book about the villain/antagonist of the story, which I liked. It was about this girl who was second in line for the throne on the moon. She thought that she would make a better queen than her sister, and so she put herself into the politics of her land. It was really well written because it showed her point of view, as to why she manipulated so many people the way she did, and why she changed her appearance and killed and murdered, and such. I thought was cool that the author would publish a book like that that didn’t necessarily make me like the villain more, but it made me know her point of view about how she was mistreated. She was still the villain, but I could see why she did such things, in a twisted, confusing sort of way.
