@wordsmith, what things do you find annoying that female authors do with male characters? I once read a book where the lady author described the male character’s biceps almost every time he was mentioned. I found this annoying…do guy writers mention muscles as a common descriptive tool? I can understand if the character is supposed to be intimidating, but not every time he enters the scene….Your thoughts?
