Here is an exert from my original wip.

Note: The character in this situation is walking down an overgrown path on his way to see the kings Mutante. This scene makes more sence in context. 🙂

[“Aah” I didn’t even see it coming. It was cold and damp and clung tightly to my face and neck. Stumbling forward I hastily wiped it off, creating an interesting design on my black gloves. Oh daylights I hope it’s not on me! Even though I know the answer, I’ve always wondered why they brought spiders to Salus. Wiping the last of the web on my trousers, I suddenly became quite glad Dalibor didn’t come; I would have heard about this for days. Despite all of his natural graces, I don’t think even he could come through elegantly. Yet another fact of life, everyone looks like a fool walking through a web.]

I haven’t edited any of my work yet..kinda dreading it actually.
