I think it’s hard to say for sure at this point. My advice would be to just start with writing what interests you. Is there a specific event, character or land in your world that you greatly feel for and really want to write about? Once you start the writing process and begin with plotting, it would be easier to see what kind of story your project is shaping out to be and then you can decide between having one big story or several short stories. 🙂
