Did you see the other two posts from @emily-d and me on the top of the second page? We were talking about doing the villain story, but I like the idea of an art loving kid. He could be a nervous, nerdy kid (that’s why he time travels), and his nerdy friends would make fun of him for liking art and his art friends would make fun of him for being a nerd, so maybe he time traveled to see the Mona Lisa to get away from them. He could be they jumpy type who freaks out about everything that goes wrong and thinks everything is his fault. Then he’d go frantically jumping from place to place trying to grab it, and each time he almost got it he’d mess up and send it to another time period.

Here’s another idea: what if one of the places he ended up was Egypt during the ten plagues? (think frogs everywhere and jumping all over the painting)
