My main MC (redundant, haha, but you get the picture) is a guy, as are several of the supporting characters. I think they’re turning out fairly realistically because a lot of their traits and actions are based off of my brothers/guy friends and what they do/would do.

I think this is a good tip for either guys or girls writing the POV of the opposite gender – look at the way people really act, and write it.

I try not to write fiction. I paint living pictures with words of people as they truly are.

Ok, maybe not, but it’s a goal and sounds cool 😛
