Now there was a woman (Axilya) behind Evangeline, wanting to ask for coffee too. The best thing to do was to get out of the way and then try again. Maybe with a pen and paper next time. Evangeline shook her head and sighed. “I’m sorry,” she told the man she had been speaking to, who seemed a bit impatient.

Evangeline looked around for somewhere she wouldn’t be underfoot. Ah! There was a table in the corner. She went and sat with her back to the wall. She wouldn’t have to worry about what was behind her here, and she’d be able to see everything going on and make a plan.
