I’ve been working on my own story for some time already, but it’s very slow in progress.  The foundations for the story is basically this:

From the day Emily arrived on the doorstep of the orphanage, her scars are a barrier from making friends with the other children.  No one wants her and no one cares…until the day Jesse takes her on a nighttime adventure that will change the course of her life forever.

From here, there are situations she goes through, hardships and trials mixed with joys through the toughest crisis.  In the end, I hope it’s not going to be one of those typical stories about an orphan that gets adopted and lives happily ever after with the perfect family.  I want this story to be real.  Hope this is what you’re looking for!
