@the-fledgling-artist I think it all comes down to the fact that we need to make sure that we are keeping our minds on the things that are important. It also reminded me of something the fox says in the book The Little Prince. “What is essential is invisible to the eye.”

Honestly, I think the question you are posing varies from person to person. I know that I spend too much wasted time on unimportant things as well. I hope you can find a balance. I hope all of this is helpful, I’m still learning it all myself.
