1.Tea or coffee? (The world breathlessly awaits your answer.)

Both. Coffee in the morning and tea for the rest of the day. Coffee with heavy cream keeps me awake and chai tea lattes keep me happy. 🙂

2.How did you become a writer?

How did I become a writer? uhhhhhhh. Let’s see. I remember writing little stories when I was tiny, but I didn’t really do much actual writing until I met Cindy Green (@cindy) when I was 7 or 8. We have been pen pals since then, and she has always told me about her writing endeavors. Her writing is sooooo inspiring and made me want to try. When we were 12-14 we wrote lots of songs together. That was one of my first attempts at writing, and the songwriting thing has stuck:D I’ve also entered a few poetry contests here and there– I write best if I have a motive and a deadline.

3.What has the theme of your life been this year? What has God been teaching you?

That I can’t do everything. There are only so many hours in a day, and some of them must be used for sleep. God has been teaching me to be a good steward of my time and energy.

INFJ

5.What would be your preferred way of taking over the world?

Become best friends with Loki of Asgard, Princess Shuri, Peter Parker, and Starlord and take over the world with the power of Frost Giants, killer tech, memes, and Awesome Mix playlists. Mainly Awesome Mix playlists.

6.What are your hobbies?

I have been playing piano for about 12 years, I also play guitar and cello. Music is my passion, really, so most of my hobbies are musical:) I love to sing, write songs, teach piano lessons, and have jam sessions with family and friends! I also am a competitive swimmer for a local team, and that takes up a LOT of my time.

7.What are your writing goals for this year?

I’m primarily a songwriter. I’d like to write 5 songs by the end of the year. I’d also like to experiment with some short stories.

8.If you got to be a flamingo for one day, what would you do?

Follow my friends around till they were sufficiently freaked out, and convince them to adopt me, and then on the stroke of midnight when I became human again, (I assume that’s how that works) I’d sneak into their room and yell “MMMBLERG! IT’S ME!” and scare them to death.
