When I’m coming up with exclamations, I usually draw from the story world and the character’s life. My favorite right now is probably “What the stupid flopping fish?”  (My character was a fisher)

Sconeses, Precious? Seriously though, I’d be sooo disappointed if someone exclaimed SCONES! and there weren’t any 🙁
