Simply put, Sherlock hated talking to people. For the majority of his life, he loathed conversations and avoided them if he could. When that wasn’t an option, he made sure he was as rude as possible to anyone who wasn’t his superior. Instantaneously, Sherlocked disliked that man, Nathair.

Also, who names their child snake?

Wait a minute, the origins for the word Nathair were connected to the Latin term natrix, translating to water snake or water serpent. And the alternative translation for Nathair was also serpent. In eastern cultures, water serpents (dragons) were considered beneficial entities. Instead of being associated with fire, like western dragons, eastern dragons, which strongly resembled serpents, were said to have power over water. Many people in eastern cultures portrayed dragons as guardians of the heavens, who could bring bountiful harvests and magnificent riches.

Then again, the vilest of demons were said to take the form of a snake or serpent. On top of that, the Midgar Serpent was the dragon that devoured Thor.

So, was the name supposed to be some sort of blessing or curse (Sherlock honestly didn’t know (Me bashing my head against the wall for Sherlock being both smart and stupid at the same time))?

Anyways, the mirrors. Which one were they supposed to enter? What if choosing the wrong one killed him? Even if entering didn’t kill him, what would be waiting for him on the other side. He’d need to be ready.

    Where’s my gun?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!!??!?!?!?!!!!!!!”

Suddenly, Sherlock had a horrible feeling he left it in the van. The van that Arsene had stolen.

    “What about my saber?”

The saber was gone. That was a high-quality blade, how could Sherlock have lost it so easily? It was in the van as well, wasn’t it?

    “This can’t get any worse.”

“Ya know punk,” Oh, shut up. “whenever I hear someone say that…”

There was a loud, stomach twisting sound of rock crumbling.

“It always gets worse.” the fool continued without a care in the world.

Sherlock needed no observations to know that the cave roof was falling. Judging by the sound, they’d have about forty-five to sixty seconds to get out of here.

Why does fate hate me so much? Surely Arsene doesn’t have to put up with anything like this.”
