“Bilateral carotid compression.” The boy said abruptly, causing the other to pause a second. “if I blocked the jugular veins in your neck you would be unconscious before you could make a sound. If I shifted my grip to restrict air from the arrestee, you would die in a matter of moments.”
Arsene was impressed at how the boy knew this.
“Your brother and his friends saw you kidnap me, whose story do you think they’ll believe play victim?”
There was a pause over the room. Arsene then turned around, smirking. “Oh, woe is me.”
Arsene then walked to the window.
“Woe is me. I guess I’m the ultimate embodiment of evil. I probably deserve death.” Arsene continued a drama queening.
Opening the window, Arsene turned to face the boy with a smile. Arsene was crazy and he was going to accept that. “Good bye, cruel world!”
The boy then grinned. “You’re bluffing.”
    Arsene then jumped.
    “WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
The boy then came, grabbing Arsene as he fell. He was now holding onto Arsene, as he hung outside the window. Arsene couldn’t confirm it, but he was sure there was some fire from the boy using his power “WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING?!”
The boy then dragged Arsene back up, showing impressive strength. When Arsene was finally back inside, the boy spoke. “Don’t think I did that because I cared about you.”
Wearing a sly smirk, Arsene arose. “Thanks for saving me again, just like you did back in the bank. You cared while we were in the bank, even when you knew I was a criminal. You cared now, because you think I have information on your friend. A friend I don’t even know the name of.”
    “I still don’t believe you.”
Sighing, Arsene commented. “You’re just like that kid I met.”
Come to think of it, Arsene wondered where the little ten year old was. He missed the little wolf making insults continually. Perhaps he and this boy could have been good friends. Arsene then thought about Crorie and Rook. How were they doing now? Was it possible they found the pyromaniac’s friend and were searching for him?

Inside the bank, a single guard walked through the room. He had been employed to Jacob Baron for years. The greedy leach was a complete waste. The guard had been promised protection from Baron, protection from the police. However, Baron had backstabbed his own people before. All the illegal shipments, the shady deals, all the scams, Baron would drag his own men into the destruction with him. Why did the guard deserve this? He was only trying to survive. Loading his gun, the guard took aim. He wasn’t a sadist, but he was going to enjoy this.
Shooting, the guard hit Baron, who fell dead on the floor.
