“I’m hungry,” Kalmar announced.

“You’re always hungry,” Janner said.

“I’m hungry too,” Ron said. “So is Harry.”

Harry looked up, puzzled. “I am?” Ron nudged Harry emphatically with his elbow.

“Yeah. You are.” Harry shrugged.

“All right. I’m hungry,” he said.

“Boys,” Hermione muttered, rolling her eyes.

“We’re going to look for some food!” Ron called, dragging Harry and Kalmar to the door.

“You three shouldn’t be out there on your own. It’s still dangerous,” Ahsoka said. Ron waved her off.

“Kalmar has got his sword, and Harry and I have our wands. We’ll be fine,” Ron reassured Ahsoka before he shut the door. The three boys scampered away, footsteps echoing back into the room.

Hermione approached Ahsoka. “Maybe we should send someone after them,” she said slowly.  “Even if they’re not in trouble with Macha, they could still get lost.”

“Yes, I agree. Rex, would you…?” Ahsoka turned to the clone captain. Rex nodded and gave a quick salute before heading after the boys.

“What exactly did he mean by ‘wands’?” Rupert asked, looking over to Hermione.

“Magic wands,” she said. “You know, for casting spells.” Rupert gave her an extremely weird look.  Hermione shrugged helplessly. “Hexes, jinxes, charms? You do know what those are, right?”
