Hello, historical fiction community. I’m Tudor, I live in Germany, and I’ve always had a passion for history, especially American history (Revolutionary War, California Gold Rush, Civil War, Wild West, Indian Wars, you name it). The old KJV language has been a major influence on my writing style (reading the Bible in English has been a great way of learning and practicing English in the first place since I’m not a native speaker). I’m 19 years old and close to finishing high school. The question I’ve been asking myself a lot lately: How can I know whether I’m called to be a writer or not? Has someone asked themselves that question before, and how did you know whether or not it was God’s will for you to be a writer?
