Okay guys, we can do this! Sorry I haven’t been around for so long, I’ve been trying to catch up on school.

Oof, this will feel really weird.

Maybe the narrator is reminding someone about something? Or telling them a story about them that they don’t already know.

Or maybe he’s talking to himself…
