I got the impression Tae-Ki gave it back through Coach Kang as a sign of working toward repairing their friendship, he just wasn’t quite to the point of reconciling one-on-one yet. Tae-Ki took back the bracelet he’d given Min, after their schism, and basically revoked the friendship, and then returned it. At least that’s what I got from it. But it could probably be clarified.
