Yeah. It’s sad that broken families are becoming more and more the norm. :/

Connection is really hard to find at churches. People (and I think this is a culture-wide thing that has affected the church) aren’t very good at reaching out to the new people and helping them get connected. Obviously there should be effort on both sides, not just the church, but it’s discouraging when you’re the newbie trying to make an effort and the church just isn’t meeting you in the middle. :/
