I think most young girls do start with some femininity, even tomboys. They know they’re not boys even though they might not fully understand why. But I do think it’s something that in our society needs to be encouraged and perhaps even taught to some degree, because it’s not something our society values.
What do you mean by her identity? 🙂 It’s a broad topic so I didn’t want to assume. If you mean to teach her that God loves her and that she is valued by Him, then I completely agree. I think the Bible has a lot to say about who God is and what He expects of us.
