Study the Psalms,  I think at times depression was something that David struggled with to. When you don’t have words to pray, then pray the Psalms. Draw close to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8  No matter what happens and how lost and alone you feel, pray, and you are never alone. God created you and made you for a purpose, He has a plan for your life, and He loves you.
