I usually take my characters from people I know in real life, so a lot of the times I don’t really have much more than a feel for what their weaknesses are. I usually don’t worry about it too much because I know that my protagonist is the one who needs to have the most obvious weaknesses. They’ll figure out everyone else’s eventually.
